Preparation
For a preliminary check of the completeness and correctness of the required documents, we recommend sending them to the following E-mail:

- Document confirming the state registration of the legal entity
Note: An extract from the relevant business register (commercial, banking, or other register in which the state registration of the company or organization is recorded). - Document confirming the authority to act on behalf of the legal entity
Note: Appointment order, contract, or another document in accordance with the legislation of the country of registration. - Identity document (passport or ID card).
- Document confirming the identification number (tax or personal registration number)
Note: All listed documents must be provided with a notarized translation into Ukrainian (or its official equivalent in accordance with the legislation of the relevant country, such as a sworn, court-certified, or consular translation).
Other requirements:
- Ensure the ability to receive technical notifications on the phone number;
- OR install the Viber messenger (for phone numbers from the following countries: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Canada, Moldova, Slovenia, United States, Greece, Estonia, Norway, UAE);
- OR use a Ukrainian operator's eSIM (+380...)
